Online post-assembly magnetization technology involves magnetizing all the magnets within the rotor at once after the unmagnetized magnets are assembled according to the specified requirements. The magnetizing coils are aligned one-to-one with the rotor poles and fixed in place. A high pulse current flows through the coils, generating a strong magnetic field that magnetizes the rotor magnets. After magnetization, the coils are separated from the rotor by a structure and passed to the next inspection station.
